I bought a cd but do not have a cd drive. Can you remotely download me?

You can still install TurboTax if your computer doesn't come with a CD drive:
- Start by setting up your TurboTax account if you don't already have an account with us.
- Don't know if you already have an account? Here's how to find out.
- Contact us (be sure to select CD/Download in the first drop-down) and ask your TurboTax Specialist to push a download into your account.
- Once they've done that, simply sign in to My Downloads to download your TurboTax software.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
