I bought a retail version of turbotax Home and Business. I want to e-file forms 1099-NEC. How do I do that?

I established an online turbotax account. How do I e-file Form 1099-NEC?

You'll need to use EITHER the retail version (CD/Download) OR Online. These are 2 separate and distinct platforms. I personally prefer the Desktop (CD/Download) software.

The instructions to proceed are in the TurboTax FAQ I'm linking below. Follow the instructions carefully. Once you've done it, you'll be a pro at it!
