Question

I bought a Turbo tax at costco. I started my taxes on costco, but can’t find where I go online to put the license code which paid for my deluxe software

Is there a way to put in my code? I tried it on my pc laptop, but it wouldn’t take the code so I switch to ipad. Can I call turbo tax and they will  help me?

Sorry but you cannot use the Downloaded/CD code  on  the ONLINE  version.  If you cannot use the program you bought you must return it for a refund then pay the online fee.   Can you not install the program you bought ?
