I bought Intuit Turbotax Deluxe at Sam's Club. Why do I have to pay for it AGAIN?

You shouldn't have to pay for it again.  

 

What is the specific error code you are getting?  Also, it looks like you might be logging into the Online version versus the Desktop/Download version.
