I bought intuit turbotax Premier CD at Sam's Club but don't have a cd drive. How can I download this on line.

You can still install TurboTax if you don't have a built-in or external CD drive. Go here https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2590568 and it will give you the steps you need to take to get a download version.
