I bought turbotax and need to download to a different computer but can't find a way to do that. I keep getting sales questions instead.

Where is the download Portal?

TurboTax Online

First, go to this link to download the software onto your new computer. You can install the software on up to 5 computers. If you have not exceeded that amount, you should be able to install the program with the same license code you used when you loaded the program on your first computer.
