Question

I bought TurboTax at Sams Club, filed my taxes and had them accepted, but when I log in here it says my taxes haven't been filed and I can't access anything. Why?

I know the software is installed locally on my machine, but doesn't the return get stored digitally on TurboTax for easy access once it is complete, submitted, and accepted?

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
