I bought Turbotax software for 2018 2017 2016 2015 ..... I lost my old computer ...I need to download those softwares again in new computer...How can I download

You won't be able to download ALL of those years, but you can download any software you've purchased from TurboTax for up to 3 years after purchase. So you should at least a couple of those years. See the instructions for downloading the software you purchased.
