I called the IRS and they deleted my 1044 from this year so they advised me to start over and re-do it again,how can I do it through turbo tax?

Are you saying they "deleted" your 1040? The IRS does not delete 1040s. Also, most IRS services are closed due to COVID-19. Did you make this call recently? If so, are you sure it was the IRS you spoke with, and not a scammer? What number did you call?

What service did you use to originally file your 2019 return, and was it e-filed? 

That doesn't make sense.  Did they maybe Reject your tax return?  Did you efile?  You should have an email saying if it was Accepted or Rejected.  

And which form?  The 1040 tax return or there is a new form 1444 notice about the Stimulus Check.
