Question

I called U.S.Career College to ask them for the EIN number, they said they don't have one. What do I do for my taxes?

Are you looking for American Career College or the US Career Institute?

 

The American Career College is a for-profit company so they definitely have an EIN. Call them back and get someone in Accounting.

 

The US Career Institute is an online learning school based in Fort Collins, CO. If they have any employees, then they also have an EIN. Again, call them and ask for someone in Accounting.

 

If either one does not have an EIN, then I have to wonder if they are an eligible institution for you to have any education credits.
