I can not click on NEEDS REVIEW for entering 1099s

All of my institutions are shown but I can not click on any of them that shows NEEDS REVIEW

    Which 1099 section is having this issue? 

     

    To clarify, the "Needs Review" flag itself is not a button; to review a specific 1099, click the "Review" button.

     

    There has been an issue where the "Needs Review" flag is showing next to sections that have already been completed and don't need further action. That issue is being reviewed for investigation.

     

    For example, see here for instructions to edit or delete a Form 1099-MISC.
