In My Info you are asked the question of whether you can be claimed as a dependent on anyone else's return.  Go back to My Info and click edit by your name and then go through those screens again--slowly and carefully.

If you are being claimed as a dependent on a parent's return and you do not say so on your own return you create a problem for your parent(s).  When they try to e-file their own return that claims you, their return will be rejected.  Then they cannot e-file.  They have to print their return and mail it, which takes longer and aggravates them.  And then, YOU have to file an amended return and maybe pay back some of your refund (and it takes the IRS 3-4 months to process an amended return)

Make SURE you say you can be claimed as someone else's dependent.
