Please try clearing your cookies in your browser and then log back into your TurboTax software.  Many times, this will help clear the issue and allow you to continue.

You can also try using the steps below to see if that helps you enter your 1099-INT manually.

  1. Log back into TurboTax and go to the Federal interview section of the program.
  2. Select Income & Expenses
  3. Scroll down to All income
  4. Select Interest on 1099-INT
  5. Select Edit to the right of the applicable 1099-INT form.

You should be able to enter your information this way.  Proceed through all of the screens for that interest income.

If it does not save, go ahead and select the trash can to the right of that 1099-INT on the screen titled Here's your 1099-INT info.  You can then select Add another 1099-INT to enter it again.
