What does "I cannot use credit" mean? Does it mean you are trying to pay by credit card, and it's not processing due to some technical error?

Or do you not have a credit/debit card?

If you don't have a card, you can buy a prepaid debit card at a store.

Be aware that if you choose to pay the 24.99 state efile fee out of your Federal refund, there is an additional 44.99 service charge.

There is no fee to print and mail the state return.
