I can only log in to my account like I am starting a new return for 2024. I have completed my return but cannot assess it. Whats going on?

How can I log on and access my recently completed 2024 return?

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window
