I purchased the license with my AmEx. It shows in my account. Why is the license shown as cancelled when I purchased it and should be able to activate on my desktop?

I just spoke with someone from Turbo Tax and i told them i had this error and then i said i bought it from Big Home Tax and they told me i was scammed. They sold a bunch of these I guess. Crazy.

She said to only buy from Amazon or Costco and not from 3rd party. I did get it installed on my machine but didnt work on my moms. I have to uninstall this now and start over.

Exact same situation here. Bought from Big Home Tax, turned out to be a fraudulent activation key.

BIG HOME TAX should change name to BIG TIME SCAM.

Leave them a bad review on TrustPilot and turn them in to Better Business Bureau.

You can also check out Reddit to see what others say and it is not positive.

They are BIG scammers. They dont respond to my emails. They just sell these to many, many buyers and it is first come , first served... and then the codes run dry. Terrible. ONLY BUY FROM TOP RETAILERS and make sure shipped directly from AMAZON if buying from them. Or can buy directly from INTUIT but pay more. Some credit cards offer money back on that though. GOOD LUCK NEXT YEAR.
