I can't complete my filing because the page to submit my credit card fills my screen and I can't click on the submit button.

You can speak to a person, you just have to go through the procedure to do that. You can get TurboTax support contact information, including phone numbers, at this link: https://turbotax.intuit.com/support/contact/index.jsp

First you have to navigate the automated call blocker that answers the phone. Keep trying until you get through.
This is the worst year for getting through to TT service.
