Question

I can't create an account with Intuit. I'm at the "enter your information". I enter my last 4 of my SSN then it asks for all 9 of my SSN but no dice. Help?

I'm trying to create an account with Intuit. In the account set-up page I enter my information and the last four of my SSN, then it kicks me back and asks for all 9 of my SSN.
The page still tells me some of my information is wrong and specifically asks for my 9 digit SSN. I checked my most recent W-2 and I am entering the correct SSN.
