I can't figure out what the error is that I have made while putting in my 1099-R info. It won't let me go back or move on from the screen.
I only have a digital copy of the form, so I can't upload it in any way.
Delete the form and manually re-enter.
Caution!: Be careful when deleting forms. Once it is deleted, it is gone forever. Form information often flows from form/schedule/worksheets and deleting can cause a mess.
- In your open return, Select My Account
- Tools
- Delete a Form
- Select Form 1099-R, and delete.
