Question

I can't file tax returns using Turbotax deluxe... the software stops because "there is a software update." However, the software is up to date. Any ideas?

Please try refreshing your browser and clearing out your cookies. If that does not work, try clearing out your browser's cache. You may also want to try a different browser.

I have Windows 10 and obtained my copy of Turbotax Deluxe from Amazon.  I tried a variety of  suggested solutions but none worked.  I finally called customer support and worked my way up to someone who helped. The solution was getting a new up to date copy of the software. After deleting the old copy and installing the new one, everything worked fine.
