What is the error that you are getting? do you have an issue while working on your return, or did you submit it and it was rejected?

I submitted and was rejected because of the healthcare card I got.

It sounds like you have medical insurance through the Marketplace.  Make sure you are logged into your program and then see where do I enter my 1095-A for directions.  

 

Alternately, if you are still having issues with the jump to links, log back into your TurboTax Online program.

  • Select Deductions and Credits on the main screen.  
  • Then select review/edit to access the main deduction screen.

 

  • Scroll down to the section titled Medical.  
  • Select start to the right of Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A) and follow the prompts to enter your information.
