 Let's try some basic troubleshooting to get you past this screen.  

  1. Check your internet connection and make sure it's functioning properly.
  2. Clear your cache and cookies on your primary. browser https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1901488-how-to-clear-your-cache.
  3. Try again in a different browser.
  4. Repeat steps 2-3.
