Question

I can't proceed from the "Let's look over your info one last time" screen. I can't see the continue button, and there is no scroll bar. Can anyone help?

My only thought is to ensure that you've minimized and/or dragged your window to center it so that you can see all dimensions of it (i.e., all controls along the border). If you still don't see these things, perhaps hit Refresh.

Thanks, I just managed to fix it by switching from Firefox to Google Chrome!

I'm glad to hear that you figured it out by switching browsers (I'll remember that if something like that ever comes up). I suspected that my "solutions" might be something you already covered but it was worth a try!
