We cannot find your account for you. You can try the account recovery tool to see if you can find any TurboTax accounts you may have had.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

To get a copy of your previously filed returns prepared with online TurboTax https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1900748-how-do-i-get-a-copy-of-a-return-i-filed-in-turbotax-online

If you have fallen behind in filing your tax returns, software is available for tax years 2016 through 2019.  Only a 2019 return can be prepared using the current online program.  Any other year can be prepared using purchased downloaded desktop software which can only be used on a full PC or Mac.  Refunds from any years earlier than 2016 have now been forfeited; you have until July 15, 2020 to file a 2016 return and still receive a refund.  If you owe tax due, the IRS wants to be paid, no matter how many years late you are.

If you are getting a refund, there is not a penalty for filing past the deadline.  If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax.
