I can't seem to file my taxes due to the system will not let me file because of the 1099-R, box 15 (OK). I can't see that there is an error, yet it won't let me out. ???

How do I fix my 1099-R, box 15?

Do you have state income taxes withheld in box 14? If not, then leave boxes 14, 15 and 16 blank (empty).

If this does not correct the problem then delete the Form 1099-R and re-enter manually.
