If you are legally blind, you would mark that question as a Yes. If that does not apply to you, you will answer no for that question.

 

If you are legally blind, you get additional tax deductions. For example, if you are a single filer, you will get a standard deduction of $14,250 instead of the $12,550 which everyone else will get.
