I can't upload 2019 pdf file to turbotax online

Be aware that in some cases TurboTax won't be able to read the PDF, for example if it's password-protected or is a scanned copy of a PDF instead of an actual PDF file.

 

If you used TurboTax to prepare last year's return, and you have the PDF soft copy, we've got info and instructions on how to transfer your return.
