I cannot delete the 1095A form and I do not need to file my taxes. There isn’t a tool bar that says tax tools so i dont know how to delete it

If you are in the mobile app, you can go through the 1095-A section delete any 1095-As that you have.

Re-enter the ACA section, when you come to a screen that says Here is what we have for your 1095As delete the 1095As listed. If this does not solve your problem, you may have to go into TurboTax through a computer and delete the forms manually. 

If you are in the download/CD version of TurboTax, go into Forms Mode. Choose the form you wish to delete (choose 1095A first, then Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit) and click on the delete button on the bottom left-hand side of the screen.
