Can you give us more information?  What state, what is the problem?

 

Here is a link to all the states and their forms that are currently supported. It may be that the form has not been approved by the state.

You cannot file your New Jersey tax return yet. The healthcare coverage section of the New Jersey program, including Worksheet L, is not complete. The healthcare section will be finalized in a future update. We do not yet have a date for when that will happen.
