I cannot find anyway to download the software I just purchased on my laptop, can you help me?

    Thank you, for some reason that page appeared previously but with no download button, it is now downloading.

    You're welcome.  Sounds like it was some kind of temporary browser issue.

    Are you finding your purchased download when you go to this link?
    https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/app/downloads/

    It should have the name of your product, and then off to the right there should be a blue download button.

    Otherwise, you'll need to explain more about what you are doing and experiencing.
