I cannot get my final code to work.They say they send it but it’s not showing on my inbox that’s my final step

You might want to check your spam first, and  if it is not there verify your email address in TurboTax by selecting IntuitAccount on the lower left hand side of your screen. Select Edit next to your email address to change it.
