I cannot get past the final review. keep getting an error that says "Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section. I've tried again 4 times now. Any suggestions?

It tells me my refund but when I perform the final review it says I hit a snag. My internet is connected. I have tried 5 times now.
