I cannot get the Estimated Tax Payments area to complete?

First of all, I would suggest you clear cache and cookies on your web browser.  

If you are filing with TurboTax online, please follow these steps:

• Check your internet connection.  Try to log out and sign back in the program. 
• Clear your cache and sign back into the program.  To clear cache, click here: Cache
• You may also try a different browser.

If you are referring to the Underpayment penalty, here are the steps:

• Sign in to your account and select Pick up where you left off
• To your left, select Federal Taxes
• On the top, select Other Tax Situations
• Scroll down to Additional Tax Payment, select Underpayment Penalties and Start

If you are referring to the estimated tax withholding you have paid during the year 2019, here are the steps:

• At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in estimates paid and Enter
• Select Jump to estimates paid
• On the screen, Estimates and Other Income Taxes Paid, scroll down to select the section and enter information
