I cannot login to my turbotax account anymore. It's keep saying `We can't find anyone with ...`. none of the recovery works. How can I recover my account?
My account suddenly stopped working. I cannot login. Recovery doesn't work. Customer support cannot do anything, because they cannot find my account. It seems, like my account was accidentally purged from the intuit system.
But at the same time, I'm keep getting emails asking to finish my income taxes.
I was using Turbotax for several years but now it seems, that it was wrong decision and now I just want to get all my previous income taxes documents and use another service which has a better job of keeping user accounts with a lot of sensitive data safe
