I cannot seem to get to "The cost basis is incorrect or missing on my 1099-B"

I cannot ever get to correct the cost basis that is on my 1099-B.

I have spent hours going in circles. TurboTax keeps telling me to 'REVIEW' but keeps looping around to the same spot. Is this a bug?

What is the source of this entry? Did you enter it in by hand? Was it downloaded from a provider? Was it downloaded from a CSV file?

Are you able to reach this screen where you click on the pencil to the right to edit the entry?

There are occasions when it is best to remove the entry and re-enter. Remove by selecting the trashcan to the right of the entry.
