I cannot sign in to Merrill to import 2023 tax info

Noted from other threads. many are having this problem. ML blames Turbotax. Turbotax blames ML.

your choices find another tax return app that allows import from brokers

or do summary entries. more info about this if you want it.

Having the same problem. ML says the ML in turbo is just the retail side you have import from onlinebenefits.ml but that is not listed in the drop down list. Merrill blames Intuit....And here we are stuck.
In case Inuit reads this, there clearly is a difference. I enter my account info on Merril in from the TurboTax 2023 Home and Business edition and it refused to log in. I have verified many times it is the correct username and password.
