Question

I cannot transmit my returns. At the last step it suggests to update the version and there is not link there.

IF you are using the Windows Desktop version...….and it is a "State" update it is asking you to do...…..then....There have been a number of problems with certain states, so much so that TTX released this this recently updated FAQ.  There's a state fix file download and run.
