If you filed Married Filing Jointly for 2019, the 2019 AGI may be associated with the other taxpayer's  Social Security Number.

If you used TurboTax for your 2019 filing, you can find a copy of your 2019 tax return in the Documents section.

If you can't get the e-file to be accepted, you will have no choice but to print and mail the return.

The IRS doesn't have your 2019 return?  Did you efile or mail it?  They might not be done Processing it yet.  Did you try using the AGI from your tax return?  Did it reject?  Did you use Turbo Tax Online for 2019?

You need your 2019 AGI to efile 2020. The AGI is on 2019 1040 line 8b. If you filed a Joint return you use the same AGI for each spouse.

How to find the AGI.

If you didn't file 2019 or filed it later in the year then try entering 0 for the AGI. If that doesn't work you will have to print and mail your return.
