I cant log in!!!

Hi,

My turbotax id is : [email address removed]

I have been using it for the last 3 tax filings since 2016.

I current do NOT have a american number, which under my ID is [phone number removed].

After attempting to login to my account, it keeps on asking me to verify myself with my phone.

I've made too many attempts to verify with my info on hand (name, SSN, Address) - which I have no idea why it's not going through either.

My current number I have on hand is a Korean number.

Can you please let me know a way I can access my account after all these struggles?

I need to file my taxes and if I can't login I'd be sad to move on to a different program.
