I claimed my mom as a dependent in 2021. Because I was taking care of her at home.
turbo tax is asking for info on the care provider - but it was me -
WHAT DO I DO?

sorry for your loss, but only qualified medical expenses you paid would be deductible. they're deductible in the year paid. but to be of any benefit your itemized deductions would have to exceed your standard deduction.

since you cared for her in your home virtually none of the expenses for the home except possibly certain capital expenditures would qualify. see IRS pub 502 for details of qualified medical expenses.

What are you trying to fill out that it's asking for care provider?  The Child and Dependent Care Credit?  What is the Child and Dependent Care Credit

So sorry for your loss.   The child and dependent care credit is only used if you paid someone to take care of your dependent so that you could go to work.   That credit does not reimburse or compensate you for the costs of taking care of your mom yourself.   Sorry.   If there is something else you are trying to do, please explain so we can help.
