Question

I changed my return from married filling separately to married filing jointly. Now I can't get rid of Form 8958. Please help

Use the "Delete a Form" tool to remove the Form 8958: Allocation of Community Property Amounts.

After deleting the Form 8958, log out of the program. When you log back in, use the Delete a Form tool to confirm the Form 8958 has been removed from the list of forms in your return.
