Solved

I claim my child every year, but he let someone file his taxes and didn't tell me. This was his first job & this ruined my amount now I don't know what to do.

Unfortunately, the only way that you can claim him is to print out your return and file it by mail. When the IRS processes it, they will contact you and him for information that they will use to sort it out. He should amend his return to state that he can be claimed by someone else, but it takes the IRS 4 months or more to process an amended return. You will not be able to e-file claiming him before the April deadline.
