If you have filed a tax return for 2018 or 2019 you qualify for the stimulus payment of $1200.

Since you are self-employed you cannot collect Unemployment. To be able to collect Unemployment you would have to have paid Unemployment tax on your income to the state where you live. Being self-employed you are not paying Unemployment to your state, therefore when you become unemployed you cannot collect Unemployment.
