I claimed “exempt” from federal taxes on one of W-4 forms from an ex employer; What does this mean for me?!?

When someone claims exempt on their W-4, it means that no Federal Taxes were withheld from your wages.  If you are required to pay income taxes on your wages, this means that you will likely owe the IRS money.
