I claimed HOH , fiance disabled. I claimed him,2 boys. What is his $ part ? please, Fiance feels I cheated him outta $$..

Fiance' wants his $ for me claiming HOH , him ,his son, & our son. How do I break it down?

If he does not have any taxable income, then he would not be able to file a return.  Therefore, he would not be eligible for any child tax credits, Earned Income Credit or anything like that.  If you are trying to decide how much you would have received if you took him off the return, you can create a new account in TurboTax and enter just your income and your son to see the difference in your refund amount.

Thank you. We lived together 10 yrs.I added his son (living with us 2 1/2yrs now) as a claimed dep. He feels entitled to $ for him? True?
