I claimed my mother as a dependent and we both received health insurance from healthcare.gov and each received a 1095A. Do i enter just my 1095A or mine and my mother's?

Every single person on your return needs to show coverage or have an exemption. If she has a 1095-A and you claim her, it needs to go on your return.

To enter multiple Form 1095 A :

In Turbo Tax after you indicate that someone was enrolled in a plan from Healthcare.gov, 
• Select Obamacare plan (1095-A) at the What type of Plan Were You Enrolled in Screen
• Select Yes to Do you have a 1095-A to enter
• Enter the information from 1 of your 1095-A statements
• When you are done, you will be on a screen Here is What We Have for Your 1095-A 
• Select Add another and enter the next 1095-A
