That's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.

Oh, actually you can efile until Oct 15 not tomorrow.  So you still have time to efile.  After that you will have to print and mail it.  You have 3 years to file for a refund.

Why did it reject?  A common reason is the AGI.

When did you file 2017?  If it was after August try using 0 for the AGI.  And see,

You have until October 15 to e-file your 2018 return.  E-filing closes after 10-15-19.

If you cannot find your return you are likely trying to sign in the wrong account.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Tell us the rejection code/message and we may be able to suggest how to fix the problem so you can e-file.
