Question

I completed payment option for IRS to deduct my acct. but went back in to efile and it is making do that option again. Will the IRS charge me twice?

It depends.

 

How did you complete the payment option for the IRS initially?  Did you do it while trying to e-file but didn't complete the process?

 

If so, it will only go through one time as you have not yet completed the entire filing process and as such, the payment option was not yet submitted.
