Are you using Online TurboTax or desktop software (CD/download?)

Did you already efile, and if so, has the efile been accepted?

Are you wanting to download a PDF for your records after filing or to review prior to filing? Or are you going to file by printing and mailing the return?

If using Online TurboTax, when you log in, is there no evidence at the Tax Home that you have prepared and filed a 2020 return, and is it asking you to start one? If that's the case, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.
