Question

I created a new email for this because I couldn’t remember my old one until now so now I have duplicate social security numbers how do I delete the newer account

You can not deactivate or remove your TurboTax account.  However, if you wish to abandon your TurboTax Account then you can delete all your data using the Clear & Start Over function.

I'm in a similar situation and received an email notification stating "You're using a new TurboTax account this year."

 

I recall using the same username for the old account and have not found a way to access it.

 

Is there a way to enumerate all my accounts or at least find the username for the old account?

 

I need this information to exercise my 2023 tax return audit protection.
